We are pleased and excited to inform you that we have selected a beautiful resort hotel--Ann Arbor Marriott Ypsilanti at Eagle Crest--to host our reunion.  For the golf enthusiast, the Eagle Crest Golf Club is an eighteen-hole championship golf course and has the distinct honor of being awarded “4 Stars” from Golf Digest Magazine for 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007!

We have received a special Beene/Bean Family Reunion rate of $119.00 per night for Single/Double plus applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 8% with free parking. These rates are available for an Arrival Date of July 17 to a Departure Date of July 21, 2008.  Individuals will be responsible for their own reservations.  Reservations can be made by one of the following methods:

Please reserve your rooms by March 15th to guarantee room availability. Our Reunion host hotel books up quickly due to the fact that the Ann Arbor Arts Festival--the largest free Arts Festival in the Midwest takes place during this weekend. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.  The Resort will not hold any reservation without a one-night charge for guarantee during this busy season.
